With a background in life coaching and SEN teaching, and first-hand experience in a neurodivergent family created by adoption, I am a Trauma Informed Wellbeing Coach and Trainer who specialises in supporting adults with ADHD, parents of children with ADHD and adoptive families as well as running Wellbeing Coaching sessions and Training Courses for companies wanting to enhance their wellbeing culture and improving mental health support for their staff.
